Theodore Miller leads the Analytics & Reporting team for Credit One Bank Operations (including Customer Service and Collections) where the team analyzes cardmember interactions and provides strategic recommendations that improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction levels. He has over a decade of experience in financial services consulting and analytics with previous roles at Synchrony Financial, GE Capital, BMO Harris Bank, and Kessler Financial Services.

​​In his free time Theodore is an avid runner and has finished four marathons in the past five years. He loves to cook and has recently built a home garden including a newly planted Calamondin tree.

​​Additionally, he holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA from DePaul University.
